    Amazing Breakfast!
Amazing breakfast (served at 9am). All 3 breakfasts during our stay were different, but always included some kind of egg dish, meat, fruit, yogurt, granola, and some phenomenal pastries. Other guests we met there had returned specifically for the delicious food. Hosts were wonderful. Had everything we needed, bed was comfortable, charming historic home. Get tickets well ahead if you want to see the inside of the May house by Frank Lloyd Wright (1 block away). We got Lime scooters a few blocks away and explored the historic district. What a blast! Good espresso nearby (Rowster Coffee on Wealthy), and we enjoyed two restaurants in the neighborhood Testa Rossa Italian and Donkey Taqueria. Can't wait to go back!

    A Wonderful Place to Stay!
What a wonderful place to stay! Great location in the historic district - we enjoyed walking around and marveling at the houses, and very convenient to downtown Grand Rapids. Gracious and welcoming hosts, who made a delicious breakfast and had a comprehensive and complimentary beverage and snack bar. The Sir Charles room had period charm, but was outfitted with any amenity you could think of. We look forward to coming back to visit more of the interesting sights around Grand Rapids and this is a terrific home base. Also, we appreciated the prompt and detailed communication prior to our arrival - such a personal touch!

The personalized greeting, communication, beautiful home and location are enough to book this stay!
